The reason i chose the Enlightenment ideas vs Lord of the flies ideas was because i have always taken a great interest in the enlightenment. I was always intrigued by philosophers from that time. Lord of the flies has some very similar ideas to The Enlightenment and some that were the exact opposite. that is what i wish to explore for my lord of the flies project
ReplyDelete1. People were born with evil in them. I chose this because it is a topic that most people who read the book are curious about and finding the answer could make the book more clear.
ReplyDelete2. Turning savage. I chose this because when we read both interviews, one of them believed that if they put younger kids on the island that they would have acted differently.
3. Enlightenment ideas. I chose this because through out the book I didnt notice many of them and I would like to see how it really connects.
